Vision Therapy is an individualized treatment program using lenses, prisms, occlusion, and colored filters to improve visual function and performance. It is used to improve such skills as perception, vision-body coordination and visual information processing. Vision Therapy patients range form infants whose eyes cross to retired adults whose visual fatigue interferes with reading, driving or hobbies. Many conditions respond to therapy: video display terminal discomfort, visual tension headaches, learning related vision problems, strabismus (crossed eyes) and amblyopia (lazy eye).
